GROUND CONDITION AND SERVICES
- Before completing an Agreement to Lease, the purchaser must be satisfied that existing ground conditions and rights of access, and the availability of services and utilities are suffucuent to undertake the development. Costs associated with site abnormalities or service diversions will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
LOCAL LABOUR AGREEMENT
- A condition of sale of this land will be the employment of local labour in the construction and the successful developer will be expected to sign a Local Labour Agreement with the City Council. FEES
- The purchaser will be responsible for the City Council's reasonable legal and surveying costs.
